He also worked as an Onsite Program Manager with a portfolio size of around 5 MUSD. But my journey doesn’t stop there – I’ve been actively involved in the world of teaching and knowledge sharing since 2010.

In addition to my writing and teaching endeavors, I am also a theater artist. My background in theater has allowed me to explore the art of communication in unique ways. This expertise has led me to the world of voiceovers, where I bring narratives to life with my expressive voice. Whether it’s a captivating story or a technical script, I use my theatrical skills to infuse life and personality into my voiceovers.

Currently, my focus lies in two important areas: soft skills and technical writing. Working with students to enhance their soft skills and guiding them through the intricacies of technical writing has been incredibly rewarding. What truly keeps me motivated is the exchange of energy with my learners. Their enthusiasm fuels my drive to help them excel, and in turn, their progress becomes my greatest motivation.

Beyond my corporate role, I’m a freelance software consultant, passionate about using technology to craft innovative solutions for diverse business challenges. My extensive skill set and deep tech insights empower me to deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs.

Outside of the tech world, I find joy in playing Cricket and Badminton, indulging in Painting, and watching Movies. These interests not only provide relaxation but also allow me to explore various facets of life and express my creativity. It’s a privilege to join the Bon Debut community!

Preeti Mulay

I’m absolutely thrilled to be connected with Bon Debut as a collaborator! My name is Dr. Preeti Mulay, and I bring over 25 years of rich experience in the field of Computer Science Engineering to this partnership. Since 1995, I’ve been dedicated to the teaching profession and have completed my PhD in Machine Learning, which allows me to serve as a PhD guide and a valued member of the BoS committee.

In my interactive sessions, I prioritize tailoring the content based on the topic at hand, the participants involved, and the duration of each session. My teaching philosophy revolves around enabling participants to swiftly and innovatively apply technical and non-technical concepts.

I have specialized in “Incremental learning” within the realm of research, where I firmly believe in the power of learning from one another. For me, each teaching session is a new and exciting challenge. I utilize a variety of techniques, including direct and indirect feedback, face reading, and the observation of body language among participants, to ensure that my teachings are as effective as possible.

Harsharan Kaur Randhawa

She is a dedicated Guidance and Counseling Psychologist who co-founded PeaceOfMind Counseling Services, with branches in Noida, Gurugram, and Bhilai (Chhattisgarh). With the motto “Leading Towards Blissfulness,” she brings her extensive expertise in psychology to the forefront. With over 30 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for counseling, Harsharan has conducted impactful workshops on various topics including Stress and Stress Management, Adolescent Issues, and Anger Management, catering to diverse age groups. Her one-on-one counseling sessions have benefited individuals ranging from corporate employees to parents and adolescents. Harsharan’s commitment to continuous growth is reflected in her engagement as a guest speaker on TED talks, hosting podcasts on “MENTZA,” and conducting workshops like “CORE VALUES AND MINDSET” for esteemed organizations like NTPC and JINDAL STEEL AND POWER LIMITED(JSPL).
