Founder, BonDébut
Manjusha is a behavioral transformation consultant, applied theatre practitioner, and the founder of BonDébut. With a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Fine Arts (Dramatics), she brings a unique blend of rigour and creativity to learning design. Over the past decade she has designed and delivered programs for organisations such as Tata Motors, ONGC, NTPC, and JSW.
Her practice spans career coaching, corporate training, employability skills development and global education counselling — always delivered through experiential methods that prioritise practice, reflection and lasting behaviour change.
