Founder's Story
Manjusha Bhaskarwar
Manjusha Bhaskarwar spent years observing a pattern in organizations she worked with. Capable, well-intentioned people were repeatedly failing — not because of knowledge gaps, but because of behavioral ones. Communication broke down. Hierarchies created silence. Culture became a word on a poster rather than a lived reality.
She founded BonDébut to address that gap directly — combining her expertise in behavioral science, applied theatre, and psychometric tools to create programs that don't just educate, but transform.
Today, BonDébut works with organizations across India — from manufacturing giants to educational institutions — helping them build cultures that perform.
Beyond consulting, Manjusha is passionate about mentoring emerging facilitators and contributing thought leadership to the behavioral development space. Her vision is to create a movement where organizations see culture and human potential as their greatest competitive advantage.

Meet Mr. Ravi Bhaskarwar, a trailblazer in our team whose remarkable journey has left an indelible mark. Holding a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra and an MBA in Finance from MDI Gurugram, his educational foundation blends technical prowess with financial acumen.
With a distinguished career, Mr. Bhaskarwar rose to the esteemed rank of Voluntarily Retired General Manager at NTPC Ltd., bringing a wealth of experience from the realm of Public Sector Undertakings. His deep insights into this sector equip him to navigate its intricacies, particularly in matters of vendor selection and contract negotiation.
Beyond his corporate journey, Mr. Ravi Bhaskarwar embodies a profound passion for the stock market. Armed with over 25 years of dedicated study and practical knowledge in Technical Analysis, he has honed a deep understanding of market dynamics and trading behaviour.
Mr. Bhaskarwar's fusion of business experience and market expertise makes him an invaluable asset to our team as we continue to innovate and navigate the complex landscapes of finance and industry.
